Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls via the switchboard, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.

- Provide information about the wine estate and respond to inquiries efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
