A leading company, Remote Recruitment, is seeking a motivated and experienced Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support in a virtual work environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to contribute to a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers and team members, ensuring smooth operations within the organization.
  • Manage correspondence and communication, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Organize and maintain files, both electronic and physical, for easy accessibility.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Handle travel arrangements and logistics for staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matriculation certificate or equivalent administrative qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Remote Work: Ability to work independently in a virtual environment with minimal supervision.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R23,000 per month.
