Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) requirements effectively to ensure compliance and alignment with industry standards.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to assess training needs and develop comprehensive skills development programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of training initiatives and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on skills development activities and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree or certification in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a skills development role or similar position.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage and inform varied audiences.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
