A leading company, Intellect, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist | Counsellor to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to enhancing Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and support individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve EAP programs and deliver comprehensive psychological support.
- Conduct assessments and provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of clients.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on assessments and client goals.
- Participate in training and workshops to enhance skills and stay updated on current practices in psychology and counselling.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client information and treatment progress.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling.
- Experience: Previous experience in counselling or clinical roles.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to engage with diverse client backgrounds.
- Certification: Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).

Estimated Salary Range: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
