Key Responsibilities
- Implement site-specific Integrated Safety Management plans to enhance safety performance.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and environmental regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards.
- Provide training and education to site personnel on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Ensure that all safety-related documentation is accurately maintained and up-to-date.
Requirements
- Qualification: Registered with SACPCMP as a Health and Safety Officer (proof required).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role with demonstrated knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Certification: Relevant certifications in Occupational Health and Safety are an advantage.
