Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the housekeeping team, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met in guest rooms and public areas.
- Monitor housekeeping procedures and SOPs for hygiene and safety compliance effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any housekeeping-related issues in a calm and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Coordinate with other departments, including front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping, preferably within hotels or safari lodges.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with housekeeping SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
