Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front office operations to ensure high standards of service, including guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Coordinate with various departments including housekeeping and maintenance to streamline communication and enhance guest experience.
- Manage the front desk team, providing training and support to ensure all staff are motivated and knowledgeable.
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
- Qualification: Matric certificate; diploma in hospitality management or related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years experience in a hotel front office or similar environment.
