Exciting Opportunity: Front Office Coordinator in Eastern Cape

A leading company, Measured Ability Group, is on the lookout for a skilled Front Office Coordinator in the beautiful Eastern Cape. This is an exciting chance to step into a pivotal role that ensures the smooth operation of the front office in a vibrant hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front office operations to ensure high standards of service, including guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Coordinate with various departments including housekeeping and maintenance to streamline communication and enhance guest experience.
  • Manage the front desk team, providing training and support to ensure all staff are motivated and knowledgeable.
  • Handle guest complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of front office supplies, ensuring they are adequately stocked at all times.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matric certificate; diploma in hospitality management or related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years experience in a hotel front office or similar environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in hotel management software is an advantage.
  • Attributes: A proactive and positive attitude, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R23,000 per month.
