Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or programme coordination, preferably in the NGO sector.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
