A leading company, Isilumko Staffing, is currently seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives within Transactional Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of cross-functional projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring adherence to timeline and budget.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of project plans, including scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful program delivery.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies throughout project execution.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a programme management role within the banking or financial services sector.
- Skills: Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Certifications: PMP or equivalent certification would be an advantage.
