Exciting Opportunity: Business Development Manager (Partnerships & Outreach) in South Africa

A leading company, InsideOut Virtual Assistant Recruitment, is on the lookout for a dedicated Business Development Manager to spearhead partnerships and outreach efforts. If you’re motivated by sales and relationship-building, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand partnerships and outreach initiatives across various sectors.
  • Engage with potential partners to uncover opportunities and negotiate terms that benefit both parties.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends to identify new market segments and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align initiatives with overarching business goals.
  • Create and present detailed reports on partnership performance and outreach effectiveness to senior management.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in business development or sales, preferably in a partnership or outreach capacity.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a strong command of English (C1 level required).
  • Attributes: Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and business intelligence tools.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
