Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Accountant with day-to-day financial administration tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage administrative duties, including filing, documentation, and data entry, to support smooth branch operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Handle inquiries and communication with clients and suppliers in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matriculation or relevant administrative qualification.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a financial setting.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary Range: R14,000 – R18,000 per month.
