Exciting Opportunity: Mid-Senior HR Administrator in Cape Town

A leading company, Aspire Recruiting, is currently on the lookout for a dedicated Mid-Senior HR Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in a hybrid work environment in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive operational efficiency within the HR department while ensuring compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
  • Support senior management with high-volume HR administration tasks, managing processes effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Assist in implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s objectives and culture.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in HR software.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in South Africa.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
