Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all operational procedures are followed in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere within the wine outlet, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Oversee and train staff on wine-related educational functions, enhancing their knowledge to provide a superior customer experience.
- Manage daily operations, including inventory control of wine stock and prompt service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback, resolving any issues swiftly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in wine service.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members alike.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within hospitality or wine services is preferred.
- Knowledge: A deep understanding of wines and the ability to educate staff and guests effectively.

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
