Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth and profitability objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze competition.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Head of Business and Market Development to align project goals with company vision.
- Prepare and present business proposals to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a business development or sales role, preferably within the Hygiene or Facilities Management sector.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Range: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
