Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in training and development roles, focusing on leadership and organizational development.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage employees at all levels.
