Key Responsibilities
- Operate ultra-heavy vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle’s safety and roadworthiness.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure the safe transport of goods between various locations, handling loading and unloading tasks as required.
- Communicate with logistics and dispatch teams to coordinate delivery routes and schedules.
Requirements
- Qualification: Matric/Senior Certificate and Grade 10 Literacy level.
- License: Valid EC driver’s license with a valid PrDP (DGP).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years driving ultra-heavy vehicles.
- Skills: Strong verbal and numerical literacy and excellent communication abilities.
💰 Salary Insight
