Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full payroll processing cycle, ensuring accurate and timely monthly salary payments.
- Utilize Pastel Payroll modules or equivalent systems to maintain payroll records and employee data.
- Administer employee benefits and deductions accurately, adhering to company policies and compliance requirements.
- Implement and maintain time and attendance tracking systems including ASTROW.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries related to payroll matters promptly.
Requirements
- Qualification: A payroll course/diploma or at least 5 years of experience in payroll management.
- Skills: Strong administrative skills with proficiency in using payroll systems and software.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a payroll-related role, showcasing exceptional attention to detail.
