A leading company, ISTA Solutions, is currently seeking a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator and Administrator to join our dynamic and growing remote team. This role is perfect for an organized individual looking to make an impact in the recruitment process for Registered Behaviour Technicians in the US healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the front-end stages of the hiring process, including job posting, screening resumes, and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Technical: Proficient in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Hours: Availability to work during EST hours.

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
