Exciting Opportunity: HR Business Partner in Thabazimbi, Limpopo

A leading company in the recruitment sector, Phoenix Recruitment, is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join their team in Thabazimbi, Limpopo. If you have a passion for human resources and experience in hospitality, this role could be your next big career move!

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with management to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and enhance HR practices.
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring a smooth recruitment cycle.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and support development plans.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and facilitating conflict resolutions.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Qualification: NQF 6-7 Degree in HR Management or Industrial Psychology.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years as an HR Generalist, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Skills: Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attributes: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
