Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and deliver tailored learning programs to designated business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree or certification in Training, Human Resources, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a training or facilitation role within the financial services industry.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Personal Characteristics: Ability to work in a team, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R25,000 – R40,000 per month.
