Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents at Noordhoek Manor, ensuring their health and well-being.
- Assist in maintaining and updating patient care plans based on the latest assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (MDT) and families regarding patient conditions and care plans.
- Perform routine nursing procedures, monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
- Ensure compliance with all nursing standards and regulations as set by the health authorities.
Requirements
- Qualification: Must be SANC registered as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience: Hands-on nursing experience, preferably in a geriatric or similar healthcare setting.
- Skills: Up-to-date with Basic Life Support techniques and exceptional communication skills.
- Attributes: Compassionate, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
