Exciting Opportunity: Finance Administrator & Office Manager in Cape Town

Are you a highly organised finance professional who enjoys combining numbers, people, and office operations? Communicate Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Finance Administrator & Office Manager. This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Finance function through meticulous administration and office management tasks.
  • Oversee personnel administration to ensure smooth running of the office.
  • Manage the organization of office supplies and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to streamline processes and operations.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in finance or office management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a finance and/or administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of financial systems.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.

(Note: Salary figures are based on market estimates for similar positions in South Africa.)
