Key Responsibilities
- Implement a full-cycle recruitment process, engaging with candidates at every step to ensure a smooth experience.
- Partner with SaaS startups to understand their team dynamics and specific talent needs, driving the scouting of elite sales, marketing, and customer success professionals.
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including social media platforms, databases, and networking events.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Maintain and manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and support.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a recruitment role, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment software and sourcing tools.
