Exciting Opportunity: Paralegal/Legal Secretary in Durbanville

A leading company, Hire Resolve, is looking for a skilled Paralegal/Legal Secretary specializing in contract management for a premier global performance brand based in Durbanville, Cape Town. This is an excellent chance to advance your career in a dynamic, JSE listed team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage contract negotiations, ensuring that all parties comply with stipulated terms and conditions.
  • Perform legal research to support case preparation and provide sound legal advice.
  • Handle client communications and effectively manage case files to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
  • Keep abreast of changes in legislation and regulations that may affect the company’s operations.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A diploma in Paralegal Studies or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a legal environment, preferably within corporate law.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational and research skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R360,000 per year.
