Exciting Opportunity: Executive Personal Assistant in Pietersburg

A leading company, K-SL Group PTY LTD, is searching for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Personal Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who excel in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team in Pietersburg, Limpopo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, demonstrating high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and various departments, managing communication effectively.
  • Conduct research as required, providing valuable insights and support for decision-making processes.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on all sensitive matters and exercises discretion in dealing with diverse issues.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-level administrative role or similar position.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Technical: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to work independently and proactively.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R28,000 – R40,000 per month.
