A leading company in the wealth management sector, Hire Resolve is currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Administrative Investment Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to an esteemed firm located in Somerset West, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to investment professionals, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and maintain filing systems with high attention to detail.
  • Prepare documentation and presentation materials for client meetings and investment proposals.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment reports and performance analysis for clients.
  • Manage communications between clients and investment team, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in an administrative role within the finance or investment sector.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with investment management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R300,000 – R360,000 per year.
