Key Responsibilities
- Inventory management: Regularly assess stock levels to ensure that adequate cleaning supplies and amenities are available for housekeeping staff.
- Guest communication: Ensure timely and efficient communication of guest room status to the Front Desk to facilitate smooth check-ins and experiences.
- Team leadership: Assist in training and supervising housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service quality.
- Quality control: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to uphold hotel cleanliness standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Operational support: Collaborate with maintenance to address any issues swiftly and effectively to enhance guest comfort.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in hospitality or related fields, with a focus on housekeeping management.
- Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
