Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the finance and insurance debtor’s book, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in operations.
- Drive sales of value-added finance and insurance products to meet organizational targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain necessary certifications, including a Regulatory Exam and NC Accreditation.
- Provide training and support to sales staff regarding finance and insurance offerings.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant finance or insurance qualifications.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a finance and insurance management position.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills along with excellent communication abilities.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
