Exciting Opportunity: Organisational Development Practitioner in Cape Town

A leading company, the Western Cape Government, is looking for a skilled Organisational Development Practitioner. This is an excellent chance to influence the capacity development initiatives within the provincial government structure in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement strategies that enhance departmental work organisation and capacity development.
  • Analyze economic and social affairs impacting the operational efficiency of the provincial government.
  • Support various departments in developing their organisational capacity and effectiveness.
  • Conduct assessments to determine the development needs of departmental staff and programs.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to improve departmental performance.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience in organisational development, capacity building, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with public sector policies, practices, and the unique challenges of provincial governance.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R397,116 – R467,790 per year.
