A leading company, Ackermans, is seeking a passionate and efficient Divisional HR Manager: Southern SBU to join their team in Cape Town. This is a perfect role for an HR professional who is dedicated to providing top-notch service to business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality HR services to various business units, emphasizing effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and enhance HR programs, ensuring that they align with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Create and implement HR policies that prioritize integrity and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations and performance management issues.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree in Human Resources or related field.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R40,000 – R60,000 per month.
