Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Persona Staff is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Consultant. This is a prime opportunity to join a vibrant team in Stellenbosch, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and in a friendly manner, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements in customer service processes.
  • Utilize customer feedback to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for follow-up and reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to different customer profiles and situations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer service software and systems is advantageous.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R18,000 – R25,000 per month.
