Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full spectrum of short-term insurance administration, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Processing and evaluating insurance applications, amendments, and renewals accurately and timely.
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to client inquiries regarding their insurance policies.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all transactions within the insurance administration system.
- Coordinating with underwriters and other stakeholders to ensure efficient policy issuance and claims processing.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in short-term insurance administration.
- Skill Set: Proficient in insurance management software and MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Qualification: Relevant diplomas or certifications in insurance or finance preferred.
