Exciting Opportunity: Administrative and Logistics Assistant in Stellenbosch

A leading company, Helderberg Personnel CC, is currently seeking an organized and dedicated Administrative and Logistics Assistant. This is a prime opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment in Stellenbosch, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling and correspondence to ensure smooth operations.
  • Co-ordinate logistics activities and assist in inventory management to optimize supplies.
  • Support the team in the preparation of reports and documentation to facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Assist in maintaining effective communication with clients and vendors to enhance relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all logistic operations.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1-3 years in an administrative or logistical role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Education: A relevant qualification in administration or logistics is preferred.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot logistics issues and streamline processes.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
