Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is exceptional.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely delivery to tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table settings.
- Assist in menu recommendations and provide information about food and beverage options.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service times.
Requirements
- Qualification: Matric certificate or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar hospitality role is beneficial.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

💰 Salary Insight
