A leading company, ISTA Solutions, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Recruiter to support its fast-growing US-based travel therapy team. This is an excellent chance to work remotely from South Africa while contributing directly to client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for various healthcare positions in the US, ensuring you meet the current needs of your team.
- Proactively engage with candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide a positive candidate experience, guiding them through the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, ideally in the healthcare sector.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential; ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proactivity: Must be self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: A degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
