Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all merchandising standards are executed and maintained efficiently within the store.
- Build, face up, stock, and maintain attractive merchandising displays to enhance product visibility.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment for shoppers.
- Maintain daily physical upkeep of store merchandise displays for optimal presentation and accessibility.
- Collaborate with management to adapt merchandising strategies based on store sales and performance.
Requirements
- Experience: Retail merchandising experience is preferred but not mandatory.
