Exciting Opportunity: Frontline Receptionist in Cape Town

A leading company, Bizcraft Innovations, is currently searching for a vibrant and dynamic Frontline Receptionist to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. If you have a passion for customer service and possess strong administrative skills, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails effectively, ensuring all communication reflects the company’s professionalism.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing daily calendar tasks for the team.
  • Support other departments with clerical duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certificates in administration are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Attributes: Enthusiastic, well-organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R12,000 – R15,000 per month.
