Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for facilitators, assessors, and moderators in emergency medical services (EMS).
- Develop and maintain training materials related to EMS protocols and safety standards.
- Assess and moderate training effectiveness to ensure high-quality delivery and compliance with standards.
- Provide support and resources for trainees, addressing inquiries and feedback throughout the training process.
Requirements
- Qualification: Valid assessor and moderator scope with TETA.
- Background: Paramedic, medical, or first aid experience is essential.
- Experience: Previous teaching or training experience in EMS is highly advantageous.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with trainees effectively.
