Key Responsibilities
- Implement the Business Operating System (BOS) and support sites in achieving compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and safety audits while monitoring subcontractor compliance.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees to enhance safety awareness.
- Compile reports on HSE performance and recommend improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with site management to ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintained.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HSE roles, preferably within the construction industry.
- Skills: Strong understanding of local regulations and best practices in health and safety.
- Certifications: NEBOSH or similar qualification will be an advantage.

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
