Exciting Opportunity: Receptionist/Personal Assistant in Centurion

A leading company, Lumina Personnel, is currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Personal Assistant to join their team in Pretoria, Gauteng. If you are well-organized and enjoy a dynamic work environment, this role might be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diary scheduling and coordinate meetings for senior staff members.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage office supplies efficiently.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matriculation certificate; relevant qualification in office administration is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a receptionist or personal assistant role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R10,000 per month (negotiable).
