Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatry, psychology, nursing, occupational therapy, and social work.
- Facilitate effective multidisciplinary (MDT) meetings, promoting collaboration across various specialties.
- Ensure compliance with MHCA, POPIA, and professional standards in all treatment and care processes.
- Provide ongoing assessments and improvements to treatment plans as necessary based on patient progress.
Requirements
- Qualification: Must be a Registered Nurse with SANC registration or a qualified Social Worker with SACSSP registration.
- Experience: Relevant experience in inpatient or mental health settings is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities to effectively manage patient care.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R8,000 – R8,500 per month.
