Exciting Opportunity: Human Resources and Development Trainer in Gauteng

A leading company is seeking a skilled Human Resources and Development Trainer to join their team in Gauteng. This is a prime opportunity to shape the learning and development landscape within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff, focusing on both internal development and SETA-aligned qualifications.
  • Create instructional materials, including manuals, guides, and other learning resources to enhance employee training.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance workforce capabilities.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs, with at least 3 years in a HR training role.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Certifications: Facilitator or Assessor qualifications will be an advantage.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary Range: R25,000 – R40,000 per month.
