Requirements
- Qualification: National Diploma, BA or BCom Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in employment equity or diversity programs.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant legislation and compliance requirements regarding employment equity in South Africa.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R17,850 per month.
