Exciting Opportunity: Bookkeeper / Payroll Administrator in Cape Town

Are you a detail-oriented financial professional ready to manage payroll and bookkeeping for a diverse client base? The Legends Agency is currently seeking a committed Bookkeeper / Payroll Administrator to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire payroll process ensuring accurate and timely processing for various SMEs.
  • Maintain comprehensive bookkeeping for multiple clients, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in payroll and bookkeeping practices.
  • Provide clients with regular updates and support regarding their financial status and health.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant diploma or qualification in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role, preferably within an SME environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R10,000 – R13,000 per month.
