Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance.
- Implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Evaluate and improve existing HR strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

Requirements
- Qualification: Post-matric qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant HR Management experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HR software.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labor laws and best HR practices.
💰 Salary Insight
