Exciting Opportunity: Logistics and Finance Administrator – FMCG in Johannesburg

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics and finance? Fusion Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated Logistics and Finance Administrator. This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate effectively with warehouse, logistics, sales, planning, and finance teams to resolve issues and identify problem areas.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation related to logistics operations.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices and financial transactions associated with freight and logistics services.
  • Monitor supply chain activities and provide financial support to the logistics department.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in finance, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a logistics or finance role within the FMCG sector.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in finance and logistics software.
  • Interpersonal: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
