Are you fluent in French and looking for a rewarding role? A leading company in Pretoria is currently seeking French-speaking Customer Service Agents, Sales Agents, Administrative and Support Staff. This is an excellent chance to join a vibrant team and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in French, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Assist in administrative tasks that support the sales team, including managing schedules and organizing files.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements

  • Fluency: Must be fluent in French, both spoken and written.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly advantageous.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: A relevant qualification is preferred but not essential.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R8,500 per month + commission.
