A leading company in the healthcare sector, RPO Recruitment, is currently seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Clinical Facilitator – ICU to join one of our esteemed teams in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and supervise clinical practice in the ICU, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Provide mentorship and training to nursing staff, enhancing their skills and competencies in critical care.
- Implement and maintain evidence-based practices across the ICU team.
- Collaborate with medical and multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient care protocols and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives within the ICU department.
Requirements
- Qualification: A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in an ICU setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills; excellent communication abilities.
- Certifications: Applicable ICU training or Critical Care certification would be highly beneficial.
- Attitude: A proactive and dedicated professional committed to patient-centered care.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R35,000 – R50,000 per month.
