A leading company, TransUnion, is in search of a visionary Head of Knowledge Management to join their innovative team. This role is fully remote, offering a unique chance to contribute from anywhere while being part of a dynamic organization based in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enterprise transformation programs with a strong focus on Knowledge Management (KM).
- Develop and enhance KM platforms, including taxonomy design and lifecycle management to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in information sharing and utilization.
- Oversee the development of Knowledge Management strategies that align with corporate objectives.
- Champion knowledge capture and dissemination processes across the organization.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in enterprise transformation programs with a strong understanding of KM frameworks.
- Skills: Proven expertise in KM platforms and knowledge lifecycle management.
- Leadership: Ability to lead teams and manage complex projects with a focus on innovation and user-centric design.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R50,000 – R70,000 per month.
