Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient and accurate logistics and inventory management.
- Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring that they are trained and performing their tasks effectively.
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to protect employees and optimize workflow.
- Monitor stock levels and oversee inventory control processes to minimize disparities.
- Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and success.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proficient in warehouse management software and systems.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance regulations and safety standards in warehouse operations.
